There's a leisure area called La Bussiere on the River Gartempe, they've made a beach and an area for kids to swim and play...and for the grown ups..a nice bar area...even when it rains we go there!...
...and the kids swim!

We had a fabulous time in Thollet.....pizza...wine....a concert....and the most fabulous Fireworks...every year they get better....even in the rain!!
......and finally....our lovely Abbaye de St Savin....

ReplyDeleteThanks Joanna....yes it's been a while!!.....I don't like my blog much, but I'm not sure how to change it!! As to the underdressed mannequin...we were waiting for ages in a shop in Poitiers when my friend spotted them in the window display opposite, and asked me to take some photos as a joke for someone...she told me that when she worked in a shop in the UK, they were never allowed to leave the mannequins undressed...but this window was full of them...lol!!.....made the boring wait a bit less boring and we did have a good giggle!!!! xxx
